James Peebles, the 2019 Nobel Laureate in Physics, will be delivering the first “Robert E. Pollock Distinguished Lecture” in Myers Hall 130 at 7:30 PM on April 5th. The title of his talk will be “Our Universe is Evolving”.
Prof. Peebles will also be giving a Physics Colloquium on April 6th entitled “The Sociology and Practice of Physical Science” at 4:00 PM in Swain W. 119.
