Congratulations Jammel Brooks! Jammel received 2nd place in the IU 3-minute thesis competition which promotes better science communication. Jammel discussed her proposed thesis on searching for a Heavy-Higgs boson in her entry titled Understanding our Universe, a model proposed by IU theorists Radovan Dermisek and Enrico Lunghi. Her research is performed in the IU ATLAS group under the supervision of Prof. Christopher Meyer, and is supported by an NSF graduate research fellowship.
