On August 13, 2019, researchers for IUB Physics published interesting results from the GlueX experiment as an editors’ selection in Physical Review Letters (https://journals.aps.org/prl/abstract/10.1103/PhysRevLett.123.072001 ). This is the first PRL to come out of GlueX, a collaboration and experiment that was founded at IU by Alex Dzierba 20 years ago (https://www.jlab.org/Hall-D/ ) . A significant part of the apparatus was constructed at IUB, and we have been a lead institution in this international collaboration since the beginning.
