Graduate Visitation Day

Welcome students!

Thank you for your interest in our physics PhD program. Our goal for the visitation day is to introduce you to our department and give you a chance to interact (albeit virtually) with our faculty and students. The program will consist of:

- a welcome from our department chair,
- overview of graduate program requirements and our research activities,
- an opportunity to talk with some of our current graduate students,
- discussions with faculty about their research, and
- a virtual tour of the physics building (Swain Hall West) in beautiful Bloomington, Indiana. 

All sessions will be shared via Zoom. Connection details will be shared via email.

The Student Recreational and Sports Center (SRSC) and Intramural Center offer everything you could want, whether you're a committed athlete or a casual fitness enthusiast.

You can schedule court time for a game of pickup basketball. Check out free equipment and play some tennis. Swim laps at one of the many indoor and outdoor pools. Drop into any of the 80+ group exercise classes offered each week. Or just work out using the latest strength training and cardio equipment.
