TTL Logic Circuits

The TTL logic circuit is used to tell when a cosmic ray has passed through both paddles.  This helps to reduce false
detentions from noise or other interference which could through off the data.  The circuit is very simple and can be built
from 3 7400's.  For our setup we wanted 5 inputs, 2 from one the first base and 3 from the second base. If your configuration
differs from ours it would be very simple to create a similar circuit.
